HBO diploma (e.g., Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Logistics)
Minimum 3 years of experience in Material Management
Knowledge of automated software and process control systems (MS Office, SAP, LMS)
Communicatively skilled in the English and German languages
(Inter)national quality systems such as ISO 9001
Company, safety, health & safety, environmental, and quality procedures and regulations (ISO)

The role

What you'll do

Ensuring the timely availability of materials for production activities.

Achieving optimal inventory management
Placing call-off orders in consultation with the responsible Buyer
Proactively following up on orders (via telephone and email)
Ensuring that order confirmations, delivery dates, and other information are correctly entered into the SAP system
Master data maintenance in SAP
Ensuring a good material flow
Managing inventory at external locations
Operational relationship management with suppliers
Resolving incorrect deliveries or rejections
Signaling role regarding deviations in purchasing agreements
Actions following revision changes
Contributing to the improvement of internal and external purchasing and Material Management processes
Reporting on the progress of material supply
