What we're looking for

At least 5 years+ of experience as an estimator in road construction;
A completed MBO or HBO degree in civil engineering;
Knowledge of RAW systematics, and preferably also of UAV-GC and EMVI;
You think beyond numbers and stand behind your budget - you are strong both strategically and practically;
You have an eye for sustainable and innovative opportunities in tenders;
You are communicatively skilled and switch effortlessly between clients, colleagues, and external partners.

As an estimator, you are more than just a number cruncher. You are the strategic hub in our tenders and projects. Your calculations, insights, and ideas are indispensable for winning contracts and for their smooth realization. You look beyond the cost price: you think in smart solutions, sustainable choices, and efficient processes. Furthermore:

You work on leading road construction projects, from regional maintenance contracts to complex infrastructural challenges, and you are involved in the final result from the very first design. Whether you visit this from the office, your workplace, or a project location, you see the bigger picture and the smallest detail.
