• Focus on systemic assessments, family therapy, and PRT treatment.

• Drafting, implementing, and evaluating treatment plans.

• Careful documentation in the EHR.

• Attending weekly MDO (multidisciplinary consultation) of the relevant group treatment.

• Presence on Friday is required due to the weekly systemic intervision.

• You work 24 hours per week.

With a driven multidisciplinary team, we find it important to offer a therapeutic context where the client directly feels that this is a pleasant place. We always try to meet the person behind someone's behavior and thus find a treatment approach in collaboration with the client. At the symptom level, we offer treatment for anxiety and mood problems and self-destructive behavior such as addiction and eating disorders. At the same time, we have expertise in co-morbidity and the treatment of attachment issues, trauma, and personality issues.

Universal to being human seems to be the search for balance between autonomy and connectedness. We offer multiple group therapeutic treatments, including schema therapeutic part-time treatment and a recovery-promoting part-time program for people with addiction issues. Depending on the indication, we also work in a complaint-oriented behavioral therapeutic or body-oriented manner. The family system is always actively involved, and we cherish the local contacts we have built with peer support groups.

As a system therapist, you play a crucial role in understanding and strengthening the system surrounding our clients. You map out dynamics, patterns, and positions and implement interventions that contribute to recovery. You work intensively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other practitioners, and you stimulate a system-oriented perspective within the entire team.
