In the role of Functional Application Administrator, you and your colleagues are responsible for managing and optimizing our organization-wide applications. You are primarily responsible for the TOPdesk application, but you bring enough knowledge and experience to also manage other applications. You use signals from the organization when thinking about and designing optimizations. You strive for process optimization and are able to translate this into a generic configuration. Furthermore, you enjoy sharing your knowledge and providing the organization with requested and unsolicited advice.

As a functional administrator, you are the pivot between our service desk, technical administrators, suppliers, and end users, and you participate in projects that affect our applications.

• Access management;

• (Automated) Handling of incidents according to the incident management process co-developed by you;

• Drafting and implementing change requests in consultation with key users & change coordinators (change management);

• Documenting procedures, knowledge items, and standard changes;

• Educating and training our users and sharing knowledge with your fellow administrators;

• Thinking along about reports and dashboards;

• Setting up and managing links with other applications;

• Maintaining contacts with our partners and suppliers, but especially with our users!

• Completed relevant higher professional education (HBO level)

• 2-5 years of experience with TOPdesk

• Good communication skills, both verbal and written

• Analytical eye and the ability to translate wishes into generic configurations

• Demonstrable experience in the field of ITIL / BiSL

• You are confident and enjoy an organization in motion
