As a functional administrator at OGD, you will work on an interim basis for one or more clients, particularly in healthcare, government, and education. This variety ensures you are constantly challenged and gives you the opportunity to see many different organizations from the inside. The current team consists of 14 Functional Administrators and works closely with our consultants to optimally serve our clients. Although we are also deployed for other business applications, there is a strong focus on managing TOPdesk.

Does automation make your heart beat faster, and would you therefore like to delve deeper into Action Sequences and FreeMarker? If so, our clients are looking for your expertise and skill to make TOPdesk work as efficiently as possible. Thanks to your efforts, our clients can, for example, roll out new modules without disruptions and, in turn, optimally deliver their own services. In this process, you play a central role in design and configuration. This means you are involved from start to finish. You translate user wishes into practical solutions. Testing and implementing new functionalities and keeping documentation up to date are also among your responsibilities. Additionally, we expect you to actively share knowledge with colleagues and support them in their development.
