We are looking for an interim supervisor for a youth care organization in Noord-Holland. The organization offers outpatient care to youth, families, and young adults and works together with municipalities in the region.
As an interim supervisor, you will make an active contribution to supervision, reflection, and strategic advising. You will be a sparring partner for the director and the members' council, and together with the other supervisors, you will safeguard the continuity, quality, and social mission of the organization.
Supervising the functioning of the organization and the director's policy
Acting as a sparring partner for the director and the members' council
Thinking along about the strategic course of the organization

Identifying relevant developments in the healthcare landscape and governance
