With a team of approximately 40 colleagues (technicians and office staff), you serve all our customers in the region. Continuous improvement is written in your DNA. For your customers, you and your team always perform at the highest level. No two days are the same, but you always maintain control.

As Operations Manager, you will directly lead approximately 3–8 employees (functionally 4–10) and report hierarchically to the Branch Manager. You translate strategic objectives into a tightly organized and result-oriented operation. You monitor the continuity, quality, and efficiency of our services and actively drive process improvement, yield, and satisfied customers and employees.

In doing so, you work in a data-driven manner: you analyze figures, identify bottlenecks, and translate these insights into concrete improvement actions that raise the operational performance of the branch to a higher level.

As a sparring partner and right hand to the Branch Manager, you translate business goals into clear, achievable results for your team. As Operations Manager, you can make the difference here.

• Coordinates daily operations and monitors staffing, planning, and equipment

• Analyzes deployment and processes and implements improvements

• Ensures compliance with safety and quality regulations

• Supports large projects and personnel development

• Maintains contact with customers, suppliers, and national colleagues regarding ongoing activities and opportunities for improvement

• Supports the Branch Manager in the further development of the branch
