Technical Service Manager in the Netherlands

As Technical Service Manager Cleaning and Inspection at our location in Heerlen, you are the pivot between the field team, your colleagues in the office, and the customer. You lead a group of operators and inspectors, coordinate the activities, and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You ensure the optimal deployment of resources and personnel, whereby a high occupancy rate and productivity are always at the forefront of your mind. You spend about 60% of your time outdoors. You visit existing and potentially new relations to secure orders from the market. Additionally, you support your team on-site where necessary.

You lead the team, but you also maintain an overview of the entire project. Additionally, you are the point of contact for our customers and ensure that their questions are handled quickly and effectively. Your analytical eye makes it possible to see where we can improve.

• Leading a team of colleagues in the field and in the office;

• Responsible for the correct execution of work at our customers;

• Actively contributing to the improvement of work processes and the optimization of resource deployment;

• Guiding your colleagues, whereby you also take responsibility for performance reviews;

• Maintaining customer relationships;

• Administratively processing and completing projects in the ERP system (Syntess);

• Preparing quotations and guiding the follow-up;

• Ensuring a safe working environment, whereby all relevant laws and regulations are strictly observed.

No two days are the same, so you have a flexible attitude that allows you to switch gears quickly and always maintain an overview, even in challenging situations.

• Minimum HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level:

• Residing in the Heerlen region;

• You have experience in leadership within a technical working environment;

• Technical insight is your strength;

• Administratively proficient;

• You are both customer- and result-oriented and can collaborate well;

• You are available for 40 hours.
