Operations Manager (Production & Technical)

You are a practical and visible leader who switches easily between operations, technical, and sales. You dare to make decisions, maintain an overview under pressure, and feel at home in a production or recycling environment.

In addition, you have:

• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level;

• Several years of leadership experience within an operational or production environment;

• Technical insight and experience with maintenance processes;

• Experience with analyzing operational data and reports;

Therefore, we are looking for a hands-on manager who brings calm, overview, and decisiveness to our operations while simultaneously ensuring the technical availability of our installations. You will play a key role in further professionalizing the organization and will make a direct contribution to the success of our location in Roosendaal.

You are responsible for the daily management of our operational activities and lead the production, logistics, and technical teams. In doing so, you manage based on safety, quality, output, and continuity.

Additionally:

• You ensure an efficient and predictable operation;

• You lead the operational managers and the technical service;

• You analyze disruptions and implement structural improvements;

• You manage based on data, performance, and KPIs;

• You monitor the technical availability of machines and installations;

• You work closely with commercial colleagues, planning, and management;

• You make an active contribution to the further development of the organization.
