Are you an organizational talent who gets energy from creating structure, maintaining customer contact, and ensuring processes run smoothly? Can you easily switch between different internal departments and external clients? Then this position in our new Testing Business Unit (BU-P) is for you!

Within BU-P, everything revolves around guiding and coordinating certification processes. Because certifications often have a validity of 5 years, you play an important role in monitoring continuity and maintaining long-term customer relationships. You are the connecting factor between customers, colleagues, and the operational process.

In this role, you support the Technical Service Manager and ensure that activities are well organized from start to finish. You maintain an overview, set priorities, and ensure that nothing falls through the cracks.

In short: you provide calm, structure, and overview within a dynamic environment in which planning, customer contact, and continuity are central.

• Preparing and planning inspections, testing, and trials, including completing work orders and arranging necessary materials in a timely manner;

• Drafting, processing, and following up on quotes for both new assignments and follow-up certifications;

• Maintaining contact with customers regarding schedules, certification processes, and upcoming inspections;

• Coordinating administrative processes, such as time registration, work orders, certificates, and project information;

• Supporting inspectors, advisors, and colleagues with questions regarding ongoing activities;

• Monitoring contracts, certification cycles, and follow-up appointments to ensure continuity for customers;

• Aligning with various internal departments to ensure assignments run smoothly and efficiently;

• Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to the optimal design of processes and work agreements.

Within the Testing Business Unit, you do not only work on the daily operations, but you also contribute to long-term customer relationships and recurring certification processes. As a result, you have a lot of contact with customers, can truly think along about the future, and make an important contribution to the growth and continuity of the business unit.
