What we're looking for

HBO or WO working and thinking level, preferably in a field such as business administration, facility management, security management, or HRM.
At least 3 years of leadership experience in an operational environment, preferably with multiple layers of management (e.g., via team leaders or managers).
Experience with change management, process optimization, and ensuring quality within large operational teams.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with which you bring structure to complex, fast-growing environments.
Affinity with HR processes such as sustainable employability, career development, and personnel planning; experience with this is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and able to switch between different levels – from employees on the shop floor to client-responsible parties and management.
Proactive and solution-oriented attitude, with an eye for both the person and the process.
Willingness to travel between different locations in the Netherlands.
You are upright, reliable, and have a high sense of responsibility for safety, people, and quality.

What you'll do

As Branch Manager operations at Securitas, you are the key figure for achieving operational results at a leading data center, with multiple locations spread across the country. You are responsible for managing a group of managers who collectively lead a workforce of approximately 350 FTE. Your primary focus lies in running the business: realizing quality improvements, implementing efficiency measures, and optimizing processes. Together with the team managers, you work actively on the development of the organization, the improvement of work processes, and the increase of employee satisfaction. In this regard, attention to personnel care, sustainable employability, and continuous improvement is an important component. A background in HR or affinity with HR processes is therefore an advantage. You report hierarchically to the Branch Manager who is client-responsible for this data center.

You lead a group of managers, who have a total operational workforce of approximately 350 FTE.
You know how to maintain an overview and bring structure to a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
You develop work processes, conduct operational consultations with relevant supporting departments, and ensure continuous improvement of our services.
Together with your team managers, you ensure compliance with HR guidelines and work on sustainable employability and career development within the team.
You conduct appraisals, performance, and development interviews and stimulate a work environment in which employees can develop and work with pleasure.
You think proactively along regarding commercial opportunities and work closely with the client-responsible, HR business partner, and planning.
