Relevant experience within a logistical or operational environment.
At least 3 years of leadership experience.

Strong analytical ability and good numerical insight.

The role

As Manager Operations Support, you are responsible for the performance of your department and make a significant contribution to the site's results. You ensure reliable management information, optimal personnel and production planning, and effective support of logistical processes. In doing so, you manage costs, quality, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

You lead, coach, and develop the Operations Support team.
You manage the Production Planning Team Lead and monitor the quality of the production plans.
You ensure optimal process control at the lowest possible costs.
You are responsible for long- and medium-term forecasts of the logistical process.
You provide reliable management information that can be used to steer the operation.
You draw up the annual plan for your department and translate strategic
objectives into concrete actions.
As an MT member, you contribute to the strategy, continuity, and further development of the site.
You develop and implement improvement plans and change initiatives.
You anchor continuous improvement and JPS within the operation.
You advise operational managers on improvement opportunities within their processes.
You lead site projects and participate in national projects.
You are a sparring partner to the Site Manager and perform their duties in their absence.
You form the link between the site and Network Support in the areas of Continuous Improvement and Data.

You are a connecting leader who knows how to bring people along during changes. You have an eye for both the person and the process and continuously seek opportunities to improve performance. Thanks to your analytical view and result-oriented approach, you know how to distinguish main issues from secondary ones and translate data into concrete improvements.

Furthermore, you possess

The willingness to work on Saturdays once every six weeks.
A salary between € 4,820.80 and € 6,884.80 per 4 weeks, aligned with the education, knowledge, and experience you bring;
An annual bonus of max. 7.5% based on organizational objectives.
30 vacation days (with the possibility to buy or sell vacation days) and 8% holiday allowance.
