• Proactively searching for and approaching IT professionals (including developers, engineers, consultants)

• Conducting intake interviews with hiring managers

• Screening and interviewing candidates

• Guiding the full recruitment process

• Thinking along about employer branding and recruitment strategies

• Building and maintaining a strong IT talent network
