Operations Manager

• You possess a HBO (higher professional education) or university degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Business Administration, Commercial Economics, or a degree that suits this position. 
• You have at least 5 years of experience in a leadership position. 
• You have experience in realization projects within road construction and/or civil concrete construction with an integral character. 
• You have a commercial network within our circle of clients. 
• You have experience working in construction teams and are familiar with modern contract forms such as UAV and UAV-GC. 
• You possess excellent command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
• You live in the North Holland region.

In your role as Operations Manager, you are the face of Strukton Civiel Nederland for your branch. You know the projects and the employees. Together with the Customer and Market Manager, you are responsible for acquiring and executing local projects and the day-to-day operations within the branch. Additionally, you are responsible for the branch's projects, the deployment of personnel on projects, and you manage the personnel planning. You share responsibility for the development of employees, including site managers, project coordinators, and foremen. This concerns a branch that we are currently building, so the challenge is yours to make it a success together with your colleagues.
