Manager (Service) Operations

• You have completed a University Master's degree in (Technical) Business Administration, Operations Management, Business Economics, Business Information Management, or a similar field of study.
• At least 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a coordinating or project leadership role.
• You have knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• You are experienced in using analytical tools and software for monitoring operational performance.
• You possess strong analytical and communication skills, and you are result-oriented with a focus on achieving operational objectives.

• You have an affinity for data-driven working and preferably experience in applying (smart) technology.

• A suitable salary for your role and responsibility, depending on experience and qualifications. Plus, a good pension. Good for later. In addition to your salary, you will also receive holiday allowance and an annual bonus (depending on results and development).
• You will receive a contract for 32-40 hours per week
• A laptop and phone that you may also use privately and a monthly internet allowance.
• 34 vacation days, to recharge and refuel + the possibility to purchase more days.
• With the mobility budget, you decide how you travel; for example, choose a lease car, an affordable public transport subscription, or arrange your transport easily via our app.

As Manager (Service) Operations, you are responsible for optimizing operational processes and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.

• You analyze operational metrics and use data to identify areas for improvement and support strategic decisions.
• You work effectively with various departments such as strategy, production, planning, and control & finance.
• Through your leadership and analytical skills, you ensure that the organization achieves its operational objectives and KPIs. Additionally, you motivate colleagues and guide them in their development.
