This position falls into scale 9, with a gross monthly salary between € 4,552 and € 6,069 (based on 36 hours per week).

As a Facility Support Employee at ASN Bank in Utrecht, you ensure that our facility organization can always build on the right data. With your analytical eye and accurate way of working, you contribute to optimal facility services.

As a Facility Support Employee at ASN Bank, you will work on keeping the facility and real estate administration complete and up to date. You prepare financial and non-financial reports and ensure the proper functioning of the Facility Management System. With your analyses, you support the Director of Facilities and the Facility Managers in continuously improving the facility services.

Your responsibilities are:

• You carry out the financial administration accurately and prepare reports, including reports regarding WELL certification.
• You keep the real estate administration up to date and ensure that all data is current.
• You manage the Facility Management System and ensure its proper functioning.
• You prepare analyses for the facility services and conduct user satisfaction surveys.
• You provide support for Crisis Management processes and for setting up and maintaining departmental processes.

You translate complex data into clear solutions and take the initiative to identify and address opportunities for improvement. You work purposefully towards an up-to-date and reliable facility administration and feel at home in an environment that is constantly in motion, where you work independently and collaborate pleasantly with colleagues and stakeholders.

Furthermore, you have:

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) level of work and thinking, preferably in a facility, business administration, or administrative direction.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar supporting or administrative role.
• Demonstrable experience with financial administration and the preparation of reports.
• Knowledge of or experience with a Facility Management Information System (FMIS) is a plus.
• Affinity with sustainability and familiarity with WELL certification is a plus.
