As a Demand Support Employee, you connect assignment requests from clients in the public and private sectors with available IT professionals within Capgemini. You make an initial selection of suitable colleagues, prepare the proposal together with sales, and support consultants in refining their CVs and motivation. In this way, you help colleagues find assignments that match their skills and support sales in a careful and efficient proposal process.

In this role, you will work on:

• Together with three colleagues from Demand Support, you manage the mailbox in which assignment requests arrive and monitor the overview and priorities.
• You select available consultants for diverse requests, ranging from generalist consultants to developers with specialist knowledge, such as Java.
• You manage your own client portfolio, maintain contact with sales colleagues and consultants, and contribute to the improvement of work processes.

Hours: 32-40

Location: Utrecht / hybrid
