Junior Talent Partner

• Completed HBO or WO degree in Psychology, Business Administration, HRM, or similar

• Zero to four years of recruitment experience in a dynamic environment

• Strong communication and persuasion skills: you dare to ask follow-up questions and disagree when necessary

• You are hands-on: if you see something that can be improved, you take care of it yourself

• You are comfortable with uncertainty. New roles and priorities change quickly here

• €3,000 to €4,500 gross per month, depending on experience.

Upfront is a Dutch brand for (sports) nutrition and supplements. Our mission: to radically simplify the nutrition industry, without fine print or vague claims. We are growing approximately 250% per year, went from €21M to €70M in revenue, and are also building our own stores (Foodstores) which we are rolling out across the country.

We are looking for a Junior Talent Partner for our Recruitment team. You will work directly with Doğu, who built up recruitment at Upfront, and you will play a key role in building the teams that make our growth a reality. You will get ownership over the entire process, from first contact to signed offer.

Some weeks you will be fully immersed in sourcing: creatively searching for the people we need, even when the pipeline runs dry for a moment. Other weeks you will be building something new, such as a traineeship, a business case, or a campaign to bring attention to a difficult-to-fill role. We are looking for someone who approaches both types of work with the same energy: the daily pipeline and the ideas that rise above it.

We are growing towards more than 100 people and have 20+ roles open, so what you build determines the pace of the entire organization. You will steer how you approach a role yourself, build strong relationships with the hiring managers behind every vacancy, and use data to show what works and what does not.
