Upfront is coming to Amsterdam! This year we are opening Foodstores in the city, and we are looking for the people who will form the founding crew team from day one.

Upfront Foodstore
After five years of building our brand, it is finally here: our first real store, the Upfront Foodstore. A complete assortment of over 250 affordable products, without ultra-processed food. Grocery shopping nowadays has become a kind of bingo; you walk through a promotional flyer and ultimately end up with products you didn't actually want to buy. We do things differently, and in doing so, we go back to basics. We place all products against the wall in vertical strips, with fruit and vegetables in the middle; the heart of the store. This gives you an immediate overview, tranquility, and the convenience to do your shopping. All products are our own brand, so you always know what you are buying.

We are opening new Foodstores at a high tempo and are looking for Crewmembers for them. As Crew, you are on the floor and, together with your team, you ensure a 10/10 customer experience: you help customers, keep the store tidy, and ensure that checkout runs quickly and smoothly.

The concept of our stores is comparable to high-end hospitality: high tempo, lots of passion, perfect execution, and a team that gives it their all together during every shift.

For this role, you live within a 30-minute commute of the Foodstore and are available 2 to 5 days per week, including weekends.

• salary up to €18.18 per hour (all-in, see wage table)
