Assistant Store Manager (Rotterdam)

For this role, you live in or around Rotterdam, and are available at least three days a week (24 hours).

• salary up to €3,200 gross per month with full-time employment (40 hours)

After five years of building our brand, they are finally standing. Our first real store: The Upfront Foodstore. A complete assortment of over 200 affordable products, without ultra-processed food. Grocery shopping these days has become a kind of bingo; you walk through a promotional flyer and ultimately end up with products you didn't actually want to buy. We do things differently, and in doing so, we return to the basics. We place all products against the wall in vertical strips, with fruit and vegetables low in the middle. This gives you an immediate overview, tranquility, and the convenience to do your shopping. All products are our own brand, so you always know what you are buying.

We are preparing for the opening of the new store in Rotterdam and are looking for assistant store managers for this purpose. During your shift, you will lead the crew and be the point of contact on the floor, with one goal: a 10/10 customer experience every day. You report to the store manager and distribute tasks together with the other assistant store managers.

Our stores operate like high-end hospitality, but in a store: high tempo, lots of passion, perfect execution, and a team that gives it their all together every shift.
