€3,000 to €4,000 gross per month, depending on experience. The faster you show what you can do, the faster that moves along. People grow here within a year into roles they would only get elsewhere much later.
You work at our Campus in the Van Nelle Fabriek in Rotterdam. An open building with lots of light and a large garden.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner from our own chefs using products from our own store, freshly cooked every day.
20% staff discount and unlimited Upfront products for personal use.
A private gym and wellness area with ice baths, sauna, showers, and changing rooms.
Weekly Hyrox classes and runs with the team.
A hairdresser at the office every month.
And perhaps the most beautiful part: the freedom. You decide for yourself how you do your work. Within influencer marketing, you will soon be our expert, and that is how we treat you. Ideas do not have to pass through four layers here; they only have to be good.
What is real wins.
Every generation has a company you work for because it is changing the world. Not just for the salary or for the title. But because in ten years you want to say: I was there.
There is a word you often hear with us: first. Our first factory, which we built last year. Our first R&D lab, where we develop recipes that are on the shelf a few weeks later. Our first store, which has since become two Foodstores. Meanwhile, turnover went from €21M to €70M in one year, we are aiming for €110M this year, and we grew from 40 to 85 colleagues since November. Every week, something here is a first. That is exactly what you tell people about ten years from now: we are radically simplifying the food industry, and I was there when it started.
Influencers are a serious channel in our growth, with their own targets. And that is exactly where the bar is set: if Upfront grows by dozens of percent per year, our influencer partnerships must grow at least as fast. As Influencer Marketing Manager, you turn every collaboration into a commercial plan: a sales strategy per influencer, with goals, a revenue model, and a growth path. You build the relationships, negotiate the contracts, and ensure that both sides win. You report to the CMO and work closely with marketing so that influencer campaigns resonate across all channels. The team is still building extensively: you help determine what influencer marketing looks like at Upfront. That makes it broad, varied, and sometimes a challenge. And it ensures that in a year, you can point to collaborations that would not have existed without you.
Build a commercial plan per influencer: targets, revenue model, and a growth path that moves along with our growth.
Negotiate contracts from A to Z, so that the agreements are right for us and for the influencer.
Scout and sign new influencers who fit the mission and the quality bar of Upfront.
Organize events and trips that strengthen the bond with our influencers and deliver content that performs.
Drive by the numbers: you know what every collaboration yields and you adjust where growth lags behind.
Work closely with marketing and email, so that campaigns land across channels.
You understand social media through and through: which content works, on which platform, and why.
You create strategies and execute them yourself.
You are commercially sharp but socially adept. Influencers work with you because they trust you.
You negotiate with confidence and build relationships that last.
You feel like an owner. If a collaboration falls behind target, that is your problem to solve.
0 to 2 years of experience in a relevant role.
Experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or brand deals, on the brand side, agency side, or as a creator yourself. An existing network in the Dutch creator scene, especially in sports, food, or lifestyle. And experience with affiliate or performance models in collaborations.
