You will work for various clients and interact daily with customers, designers, developers, consultants, and other specialists. You ensure that everyone knows where we are working towards, what is needed, and what choices must be made along the way.
As a Project Manager, you are the connecting link between our client and the multidisciplinary team at theFactor.e.

At theFactor.e, you work with self-organizing, multidisciplinary teams consisting of, among others, strategists, designers, developers, consultants, and specialists in the field of data and AI. You:

determines and monitors scope, budget, planning, capacity, and risks;

You maintain an overview when many things are happening at once and know how to bring different interests together. You are clear in your direction to both clients and teams and dare to make choices, risks, and expectations discussable.
You are not just someone who monitors planning and action lists. You understand what a client wants to achieve and help the team realize that within clear frameworks.
You have experience with digital projects and know how multidisciplinary teams work. Concepts such as UX, development, agile working, releases, and digital services are familiar to you.
Do you want to take responsibility for challenging digital projects as a Project Manager and ensure that client, team, and results come together? Then we would love to meet you.
