As a Project Manager, your expertise lies in guiding and advising both owners and users in real estate projects. Internationally, you work closely with fellow project managers in EMEA, and locally with other departments within JLL. In this way, the wishes and requirements of the client can be taken into account right from the initial stage.

You have just completed the plan of approach for a new client and are about to head out with a colleague for an acquisition meeting. If all goes well, you will have just enough time at the end of the day to put the finishing touches on the closing report for an important international Corporate client.

• You have an excellent eye for the client's interests. For you, it is a matter of course to do more than the client expects. You think ahead and, if necessary, outside the box. You are creative, proactive, customer-oriented, and commercial.
• You enjoy constantly switching between different parties. You are a sparring partner for owners and users. You advise them and think along with them about their wishes and goals.
• The world of project management (techniques) holds no secrets for you; planning, coordination and scoping, budgeting and financial control, reporting and quality—it all forms part of your expertise.
• You are excellently able to work independently. But you also enjoy working with colleagues in a close-knit team at our office in Amsterdam. It is no problem for you to guide team members when necessary.

• You have a completed higher professional (HBO) or university (WO) level education, preferably in the direction of construction or technical business administration.
• You have at least 2-4 years of work experience in a similar role.
• You have a strong analytical and numerical background.
• You have basic knowledge of construction technology, costs and procedures, programs of requirements, specifications, and budgets.
• You have a good command of the Dutch and English languages and have experience with Microsoft Office. Knowledge of MS-Project and Prince2 is a plus.
