You work for large (international) organizations and on the most cutting-edge projects. You inspire and mobilize the teams working for you in line with the project objectives. As a project manager, you eliminate impediments, coach team members individually where necessary as well as the team, and ensure that scrum ceremonies take place and run smoothly.
