Experience Designer (senior)

• You have a higher professional education (HBO) level of working and thinking, preferably in the direction of UX Design, CMD, Interaction Design, or a similar field of study;

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role;

• You possess strong conceptual power and know how to translate complex issues into clear solutions;

• You have an affinity with UX research and can interpret and apply insights from research and data;

• You empathize well with users and think from their needs and behavior;

• You have an excellent sense of form, interaction, and visual hierarchy;

• You have experience in gathering insights from business and end users using design thinking methodologies;

• You effortlessly translate insights into customer journeys, service blueprints, navigation concepts, and interaction flows;

• You have experience with the development and application of design systems;

• You know how to use AI effectively and responsibly to support analyses and recurring tasks;

• Because all our clients are Dutch, proficiency in the Dutch language is also a requirement;

• A salary between € 4.000 & € 5.500, based on your skills, knowledge, and experience;

You will work for leading organizations in sectors including government, education, financial services, and business services. Together with strategists, UX researchers, service designers, developers, and AI specialists, you ensure that digital customer experiences become increasingly smart and deliver more value.

As an Experience Designer, you work independently on distinctive digital customer experiences within strategic frameworks. You translate insights from brand, business, and users into concrete solutions. In doing so, you are both an out-of-the-box thinker and a doer. You effectively bring clients and stakeholders along in your story and are able to listen and observe well at the same time. You present your concepts and design proposals, and you facilitate workshops and co-creation sessions to gather the right input and to create support within the client's organization.

You stand by your concept and demonstrate entrepreneurship with which you develop the concept in a consistent and supported manner with colleagues and stakeholders, and finally translate it into a solid design system and content requirements. In this way, you ensure that the final solution is realized completely in line with your vision and principles.
