We are a full-service digital agency with a passion for technology, design, and strategy. We work for a wide range of clients in various market segments—education, aviation, transport, insurers, banks, healthcare, staffing—and help them grow by building smart digital solutions.
As a .NET Developer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team of developers, designers, and strategists. You play a crucial role in developing and maintaining custom (web) applications for our clients. Think of complex back-end systems, APIs, and scalable web applications.
You will work on both new projects and the further development of existing applications. Together with your team, you will discuss client requirements, work out technical concepts, and ensure smooth delivery.
Developing custom (web) applications in .NET (Core), tailored to the client's wishes;
Building and maintaining RESTful APIs and microservices;
Integrating external systems via connections (e.g., payment providers, CRMs, ERPs);
Optimizing the performance and security of applications;
Reviewing code and contributing to clean, maintainable software;
Brainstorming with clients about technical feasibility and smart solutions;
Thinking along about architecture and technical choices, for example with new projects;
Automating deployments via CI/CD pipelines;
Working with Azure for hosting, databases, and services.
You love building beautiful things for our clients and users. You are allowed to be yourself, you learn from mistakes, and your work can truly make a difference to others.
In short, we believe that technology should help people—not the other way around. That is why we put people first: clients, users, and colleagues. No hierarchy nonsense, no micromanagement—but freedom, collaboration, and a healthy work-life balance.
We are looking for a developer who loves not only good code, but also good conversation. Someone who thinks along, rather than just executing. You will work in a close-knit team. We have lunch or go for walks together, brainstorm often, and celebrate successes.
Moreover, theFactor.e is an organization where you can develop yourself, where you get the space to do exactly the things you want to develop further in, and where you can REALLY be yourself. In addition to your challenging duties, you will join a great group of colleagues. We have monthly drinks and the staff association regularly organizes the best outings.
