You have demonstrable experience with digital marketing and content creation, for example at a digital agency or in a similar role. Experience within the pharmaceutical sector or oncology is a plus, but not a requirement. More importantly, we value your ability to develop strong content, execute projects independently, and gain energy from collaborating in a dynamic environment.
You commit yourself and receive a lot in return
As a Marketing Project Manager, in addition to a competitive salary, you can count on:
You take initiative, maintain an overview, and bring ideas to life. In this role, you will receive both the freedom and the responsibility to make an impact for patients, together with a driven team within an innovative and people-centric organization.
As a Marketing Project Manager within our Oncology business unit, you are responsible for digital content and the execution of our marketing activities within breast cancer, gynecological cancer, and gastrointestinal cancer. You create the content yourself: from the initial idea and text to the final material, and you determine through which channels that content reaches the target audience. Additionally, you develop campaign material, map out the digital customer journey, and translate strategy into concrete content.
You work on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining an overview. You coordinate launches, organize congresses and educational meetings, and monitor processes around contracts and compliance. Approximately 80% of your time is spent creating and producing (digital) content; the remaining 20% is dedicated to coordination, alignment, and project management.
You work closely with and support the Brand Team, as well as your colleagues in sales and medical affairs. You quickly learn the dynamics between internal teams and external partners and know how to respond effectively to them. Through your structured approach, campaigns and projects run on time, within budget, and in line with the strategy.
The role is operational and tactical. You support the Brand Team in the execution of the strategy and translate plans into effective content and campaigns. Together with colleagues, you ensure that our message reaches the right healthcare professionals via the right channels. Knowledge of various channels, an eye for quality, and creativity are important in this regard.
Ready for the next step in your career? We look forward to your arrival
You are joining at an important moment for our Oncology team. Our portfolio is growing, as is the complexity of the playing field in primary and secondary care. You will not only learn the trade from experienced colleagues but also contribute to new projects, sustainable innovations, and cross-functional strategies. This role is a perfect stepping stone to, for example, a future as a Brand Manager. We are happy to guide you in that.
