Medior Project Planner

• A completed MBO-4 or HBO degree in the direction of Civil Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable technical education.
• At least 3 years of work experience as a project planner within contracting, construction, or civil engineering project environments, with an emphasis on the structural elements of the constructions.
• Experience with project preparation, planning, procurement, and project administration.
• Good command of administrative processes and affinity with contract forms such as UAV and UAV-GC.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• A proactive, accurate, and solution-oriented working attitude.

Are you a driven project planner with a civil engineering background and experience within contracting or civil engineering projects? Do you want to contribute to challenging infrastructural projects that impact the accessibility and livability of the Netherlands? Strukton Infra Specials (SIS) is looking for a medior project planner who gets energy from preparing, organizing, and coordinating multidisciplinary projects throughout the Netherlands.

From our head office in Utrecht and/or the project locations, you will work on diverse civil and infrastructural projects. You form an important link between design, realization, and project control, ensuring that projects can be executed well-prepared, safely, and according to schedule.

As a project planner, you are responsible for the technical and organizational preparation of projects. You work closely with project managers, site managers, suppliers, and subcontractors, and actively contribute to a smooth project flow from preparation to execution.

• You align design and execution, manage the procurement of materials and services, and draw up work plans, inspection plans, and project schedules.
• You create, manage, and monitor project files so that all project information remains complete, up-to-date, and accessible.
• You support the project manager and site manager in the preparation and execution of activities.
• You coordinate work methods with the parties involved and think along about practical, technical, and efficient solutions.
• You maintain contact with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
• You monitor the progress, quality, costs, and schedule of activities and signal deviations and risks in a timely manner.
• You provide support for extra and reduced work, technical issues, and project administration.
• Thanks to your structured approach, you contribute to a safe, efficient, and successful execution of our projects.

You work on diverse infrastructural and civil engineering projects spread across the Netherlands. The base location for this position is the Strukton Infra Specials head office in Utrecht. Depending on the project phase, you will regularly be present at project locations, work from Utrecht, or work partially from home.

Projects vary from civil structures and infrastructural facilities to complex renovation, replacement, and new construction projects. This diversity ensures plenty of variety and offers ample opportunities to further develop yourself within a professional project environment.

You are organizationally strong, work accurately, and maintain an overview, even when various activities are running simultaneously. You are proactive, communicative, and enjoy collaborating with different disciplines within a project.

You possess a practical attitude and think in solutions. Additionally, you want to continue developing yourself within the dynamic world of infrastructure and civil engineering.

• A good salary between €4,200 and €6,700 per month, depending on your experience. 
• 30 vacation days per year according to the Bouw & Infra CAO.
