AI Agent & Workflow Specialist | Copilot Studio & Power Automate

You are technically strong and get energy from building solutions that are used in practice. You can translate a problem into a working agent or automation and think beyond an initial demonstration. You know what is required to reliably publish a solution, take it into management, and keep it managed.

You enjoy working together with colleagues from different fields. You ask questions, explain technical choices understandably, have patience with colleagues who are just starting, and know when to involve other expertise.

• HBO (Higher Professional Education) working and thinking level.
• Experience with Power Automate and preferably with Microsoft Copilot Studio, or demonstrable experience with similar agent and workflow technology.
• Knowledge of AI agents and generative AI.
• Experience with designing, building, testing, publishing, and managing Power Platform solutions, such as environments, connectors, solutions, roles, permissions, and the sharing and publishing of agents.
• Knowledge of APIs and data integrations.
• You work proactively, with a focus on quality and the customer.

Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, custom connectors, identity solutions, or Azure is a plus. We do not expect you to already be a specialist in every area. More importantly, you are technically strong, can independently build and manage solutions, and want to further develop in AI agents and workflow automation.

Generative AI makes it easier for everyone at Strukton to build an agent or automation themselves. This is already happening. What is still missing is the technical expertise to grow promising initiatives into reliable, secure, and manageable solutions, and to provide sound technical support to colleagues who build them themselves.

You will build that role, in a new AI team, for an organization of over 4,000 colleagues.

You will work with Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Automate and connect AI with workflows, data sources, and existing systems. Within this technical route, you are the specialist who builds solutions correctly and ensures they align with the IT landscape.

Not every agent created in the business ends up with IT. That is not the intention either. You will build and manage solutions that must be developed centrally due to their complexity, scope, or impact. Additionally, you will help colleagues who build agents and automations themselves and set up the technical frameworks that we agree upon together.

• Designing, building, testing, publishing, and taking into management AI agents and workflows in Copilot Studio and Power Automate for solutions that are developed centrally.
• Connecting agents and workflows with data sources, APIs, and existing systems.
• Developing promising experiments from the business into reliable and manageable solutions, in coordination with the Solution Architect.
• Signaling when a different technical route is a better fit and coordinating this with the Solution Architect and Generative AI Engineer.
• Technically setting up and managing the agreed frameworks in Copilot Studio and Power Automate, such as scope limitations, permitted connections, and publication steps. You will do this together with the other Power Platform administrators.
• Guiding colleagues who build agents and automations themselves: thinking along about the setup, helping when they get stuck, and indicating when something must be picked up centrally.
• Developing reusable components and patterns and solving technical problems within the chosen solutions.

You do not have to independently determine the full technical route or architecture of an initiative. We make that assessment together. Within the Power Platform route, you are the one who knows how to technically realize and manage a solution properly.

You will join the AI team at Strukton, which we are currently building under the Head of AI. Alongside you, a Generative AI Engineer will join for the pro-code route. You are the specialist for the Power Platform route. Which route best fits an initiative is determined together with the Solution Architect.

You will work closely with IT colleagues in the areas of Data & Integrations, Architecture, Cloud, Security & Infra, and the M365 team. In the Netherlands, over 40 IT professionals work on the systems, applications, data, and infrastructure that support the operation. At Strukton, IT is a partner to the business.
