When large, complex organizations need to change fundamentally, a report in a desk drawer is not enough. A radical reorientation requires simultaneously addressing strategy, governance, process design, HR structures, and behavior and leadership. Do you have a solid foundation in project management, PMO, or HR organizational consulting, and do you want to grow into the full breadth of integral transformations? As a transformation partner, you will independently take the lead on crucial sub-projects and program components.

• Direction of sub-projects. You independently provide direction to substantial sub-streams within large transformation programs (think of functional design, reorganization steps, or capacity planning).

• Connecting disciplines. You bring together diverse Berenschot specialisms (such as strategy, HR, data, and culture) and key stakeholders within the client organization, ensuring that everyone operates in the same rhythm.

• Program governance and cadence. You set up program offices, build clear roadmaps and scenario plans, and ensure that management information leads to actual decisions and actions.

• Entrepreneurial co-construction. You think along at a strategic level with senior colleagues and actively contribute to the development of our instruments and working methods.

You will be working within the Organizational Transformations advisory group. This advisory group consists of various areas of expertise that work together in multidisciplinary teams at our clients, often under the direction of a transformation partner. We believe that sustainable change is only possible if strategy, organizational structure, processes and systems, HR, culture, and leadership are addressed in conjunction. In our team, your voice counts; we have a flat structure where entrepreneurship and individual initiative are welcomed.

• Academic level of work and thought (HBO/WO).

• Approximately 3 to 6 years of relevant work experience in project management, PMO, organizational consulting, or a generalist/specialist HR role in which you have gained experience with change.

• A healthy 'blue' process discipline combined with strong organizational sensitivity and advisory skills.

• A desire to pioneer in a team under construction and proactively take on responsibility.

• A broad interest in all aspects of organizational design and development, both on the hard and soft sides, and the ambition to learn more and more in this field.
