Residential Support Worker Flexpool in Utrecht

In this role, you will work at various locations in the Utrecht region and gain valuable experience in supporting different target groups. You support clients in their daily lives according to individual support plans. In doing so, you play an important role in their psychological well-being and encourage them to apply solutions sustainably in their specific situations. Whether it is practical help with daily activities, facilitating group moments, or contributing to team development - your work truly makes a difference! As a flexpool residential support worker, you are flexibly available for at least 8 hours per week for day, evening, and weekend shifts. This offers not only plenty of variety, but also the opportunity to further develop yourself within different teams and residential settings.

Within the Utrecht region, you will be part of the flexpool team, where you fulfill an essential role as a colleague. You will be deployed flexibly at various Kwintes locations, where you will encounter diverse target groups varying in age and issues. It is also possible to work for, for example, two locations. The teams you work with consist primarily of residential support workers, personal support workers, and sleep-in staff.

You love variety and quickly feel at home in a new team. You switch effortlessly between clients, locations, and situations. Even when it is busy, you know what takes priority and continue to work calmly and purposefully. You are available at varying times and step in where needed - including during holidays. Furthermore:

• You have completed an MBO level 4 education, such as Personal Support Worker for Specific Target Groups. Or you are in the final year of your HBO Social Work degree.

• You have experience in mental healthcare (GGZ), for example through an internship or a previous job.

• You have a B driver's license and your own transport, so you can easily travel between locations.

• A salary between €2,888 and €3,917 based on 36 hours (CAO GGZ, FWG 40).

• Your first contract is a temporary contract. If we are happy with each other, your next contract will be for an indefinite period.

• In addition to the statutory 8.33% holiday allowance, you will receive an end-of-year bonus of 8.33%, and at Kwintes, we offer a balance budget of €1000 gross per year pro rata to your employment.

• An excellent pension scheme in which Kwintes contributes 50% and the possibility to lease a new (electric) bicycle.
