Today, you rock a baby to sleep at the daycare center and conjure a smile onto a small face. Tomorrow, you organize a sporty activity for a group of enthusiastic primary school children.

As a Flexpool Childcare Worker in the South-East Limburg region, no two days are the same. You work an average of 24 to 36 hours per week (we will make this concrete together during our personal conversations) at various locations and with children from 0 to 12 years old in consultation. It is precisely that variety that gives you energy. You feel at home with both the very youngest and the oldest BSO children and contribute everywhere to a warm, safe, and trusted environment.

Together with your colleagues, you ensure that every child has a wonderful day. Whether you work at a daycare center, toddler care, or after-school care (BSO), you know how to inspire children, guide them, and provide a sense of security.
