What we're looking for

You possess a completed electrotechnical education and an HBO (higher professional education) working and thinking level;
You can work well with ERP systems (knowledge of Syntess is a plus);
You possess a B driver's license;
Furthermore, you also possess several years of work experience in a similar position, in which you have supervised utility projects from A to Z, which included, among other things, 230V installations, home automation systems, CCTV, access control, intercom installations, and security installations.

As a person, you distinguish yourself through your healthy dose of enthusiasm and technical knowledge. A high degree of independence is also one of your qualities. Furthermore, you can switch well between tasks and regular telephone interruptions without losing oversight.

A base salary tailored to your knowledge, background, and experience;

The role

What you'll do

Is responsible for an efficient and profitable execution of projects according to specified specifications and planning;
Keeping necessary professional knowledge up-to-date, both for themselves and monitoring the training of their team members;
Identifying and reporting deviations during the execution of a project;
Devising and working out solutions and adjusting in case of deviations in the project;
Monitoring projects for quality and yield;
Delivering projects;
Post-calculating and evaluating projects;
Ensures safety on the construction site, by means of compliance with the Health & Safety plan and workplace inspections;
Ensures the correct coordination in the field of work preparation;
Ensures a good start of the activities on a project and the organization of a kick-off at the start of a project;
Strives for a planning with as efficient a deployment of people and resources as possible;
Organizes and participates in work meetings;
Is the point of contact during a project for the client, technicians, subcontractors, temporary workers, and other stakeholders;
Ensures the financial and administrative handling of a project;
Conducts performance reviews with the team members.
