You have the papers. You know the rules. You know how it should be done. But do you also get the space to truly utilize your craftsmanship? At Dura Vermeer Railinfra, we are looking for an LV/HV Operational Supervisor who wants to be more than just the person who checks afterwards whether everything has been arranged safely. You will work on projects and maintenance activities within the rail energy supply. Work that matters. Work where safety does not start on paper, but with your knowledge, experience, and judgment.

You are involved in the preparation, think along regarding feasibility, assess risks, and help project teams to carry out activities more safely, smarter, and better. Your advice has impact. Your choices make the difference between a plan on paper and a project that can be executed safely outdoors. You work together with work preparers, site managers, technicians, team leaders, and ProRail, but within your field of expertise, you are the one colleagues rely on.
You don't have to constantly prove what you can do. You are a professional who knows what you are talking about. You dare to draw a clear line when safety demands it. You maintain an overview, remain calm under pressure, and can provide a substantive basis for your choices. In addition, you possess:
