Work Supervisor Power Supply

• At least a completed MBO-4 education in the direction of electrical engineering, energy technology, or similar;

• You possess all required diplomas for Work Supervisor ProRail within the relevant fields;

• You are able to independently manage and monitor multiple complex projects;

• You have experience in managing both internal and external employees;

• You are strong in assessing risks and know how to convert safety-technical issues into practical solutions;

• You work accurately, communicate easily with various stakeholders, and take responsibility for safety.

• Preferably, you are STIPEL Installation Supervisor/Work Supervisor certified;

• A salary between € 3,900 and € 6,450 gross per month, depending on your knowledge, education, and experience;

Do you want to ensure that work on the power supply within the rail infrastructure is carried out safely and according to the highest standards? For the Safety Bureau of VolkerRail, we are looking for a Work Supervisor Power Supply. In this responsible role, you will work on diverse rail projects, advise on safety measures, and contribute directly to the safe execution of work within the rail infrastructure. Naturally, we offer excellent employment conditions, plenty of development opportunities, and no less than 43 days off per year.

As Work Supervisor Power Supply, you are responsible for the design, preparation, and drafting of safety plans regarding the risk of electrocution. You supervise the execution and compliance of these plans and ensure that work is carried out with minimal safety risk and fully in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Your tasks include:

• Providing technical support to work preparers, executors, technicians, team leaders, skilled persons, and sufficiently trained persons;

• Advising on safety measures for work on substations and switching stations, 3 kV installations, overhead lines, and NEN3140 installations;

• Identifying and solving safety-technical issues during the preparation and execution of projects;

• Drafting safety-technical documents such as Health & Safety plans, Risk Assessments (RI&E), switching orders, earthing plans, and manuals for group tests and short-circuit tests;

• Requesting and deploying qualified personnel for projects and tasks;

• Supervising the correct execution and delivery of projects in accordance with the specified safety requirements;

• Minimizing safety risks for both work activities and employees;

• Drafting and implementing safety measures;

• Ensuring the availability of safe and inspected tools, relevant drawings, instructions, and manuals;

• Contributing to the further professionalization and efficiency of work preparation and execution within the organization.
