District Heating Project Realization Supervisor

The level of your salary will be based on your education and your relevant work experience. The salary for this position is €4,200.- to €5,100.- gross per month, excluding holiday allowance, based on a 38-hour work week. In addition to your salary, we offer a good secondary benefits package, the most important parts of which are:

• Based on your annual salary, you receive 8% holiday allowance, a year-end bonus of 4.5%, and a profit share of up to 3.5% of your annual salary based on the results of Vattenfall Netherlands (RDR)
• 11.25% extra of your monthly salary for standby and on-call service

We ensure that your technical knowledge remains up to date. In our Technical Training Centre, you will learn about existing technologies and new developments in district heating.

What will you do as a Project Realization Supervisor?
As a Project Realization Supervisor, you ensure that our heating projects outdoors are carried out according to plan, safely, and as agreed. You are frequently present at project locations, monitor the progress of the work, and act as the connecting link between contractors, project managers, and stakeholders.

Your main responsibilities are

• Preparing and coordinating planned activities to be carried out by contractors;
• Supervising the quality of the execution of work and checking whether technical guidelines and quality requirements are being met;
• Supervising and ensuring safety during the execution of work;
• Coordinating with contractors, local residents, customers, and municipalities;
• Acting as an important link within the project team and contributing to efficient collaboration between all parties involved;
• Monitoring the progress of work and identifying deviations or risks in a timely manner;
• Participating in the on-call service for a number of weeks per year. During this period, you are available outside of office hours for work on pipes and installations.

Vattenfall Warmte supplies heat and cold to companies and residents. In doing so, we make use of, among other things, residual heat from industry. This allows us to provide comfort to our customers and contribute to reducing CO₂ emissions. You can find our heating networks in places such as Amsterdam, Arnhem-Nijmegen, Almere, and Rotterdam-Leiden.
