Completed HBO or WO degree in Urban Planning, Spatial Planning, Civil Engineering, or similar
At least 5 years of experience within spatial planning, area development, or a similar project management role
Experience in managing projects and various stakeholders
Good knowledge of spatial procedures, laws and regulations, and the Environment and Planning Act
You are organizationally strong and maintain an overview, even in complex projects
You communicate easily with clients, administrators, and project teams

Are you an experienced project manager who knows how to guide spatial developments from initiative to realization? Do you get energy from connecting people, interests, and content? As Spatial Planning Project Manager at Aveco de Bondt, you will manage complex spatial projects and ensure that plans are not only well-conceived but also actually implemented.
You are the point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams and know how to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment. Together, we work on projects that contribute to a future-proof and livable environment.
As Spatial Planning Project Manager, you are responsible for leading and coordinating diverse spatial projects. You ensure good cooperation between all parties involved and monitor the progress, quality, and results of projects.
Your responsibilities include, among other things:
Leading and coordinating spatial development and area development projects
Drafting and monitoring project schedules, budgets, and risk analyses
Advising municipalities, developers, and other clients on planning issues
Guiding procedures within the Environment and Planning Act and the spatial domain
Coordinating environmental, spatial, and planning studies
Managing multidisciplinary project teams and external advisors
Coordinating with stakeholders, administrators, residents, and other involved parties
Monitoring the quality, integrity, and progress of projects
Identifying opportunities, risks, and developments within projects and translating these into concrete actions
You are proactive, connecting, and result-oriented
