Manager Customer Service

•         At least a completed technical or business administration education at mbo or hbo level.

•         Demonstrable experience in a similar leadership role, preferably in a technical environment.

•         The products and services of Konica Minolta are not unknown to you

•         Excellent organizational and communication skills.

•         Customer-oriented mindset and focus on quality.

•         Experience with process optimization is a plus.

•         Driver's license B and willingness to travel regularly within the Netherlands.

As Service Manager, you are the linchpin in the success of our technical services. You will lead a team of motivated Engineers who provide daily service at our customers' locations where equipment is installed.

• Daily managing, coaching, and motivating a team of 25 Engineers.

• Ensuring fast and high-quality handling of malfunctions at our customers.

• Monitoring the performance of your team and reporting to management.

• Optimizing processes and implementing improvements to further professionalize the service.

• Acting as a point of contact for both your team and our customers.

• Collaborating with other departments to exceed customer expectations.

The region for which you are responsible is south of the Rotterdam-Arnhem line. The teams are responsible, among other things, for resolving malfunctions in multifunctional printers at our customers, escalating technical problems, and also providing telephone support to customers from the Helpdesk.

Your role is coordinating and coaching. With your leadership, you ensure that service runs smoothly, customer satisfaction remains high, and your team continues to develop continuously.
