Customer Director Delivery

• At least 10 years of delivery in complex IT or technology environments.
• Demonstrable P&L experience
• Extensive affinity with IT and technology.
• An active network in the greater Rotterdam-The Hague region
• Involved leadership for teams
• Fluent Dutch and English, both spoken and written

• Experience with compliance-sensitive domains (NIS2, DORA) is a plus

As Customer Director Delivery, you will receive a mandate for Schuberg Philis's services at our customers in the greater Rotterdam-The Hague region. We offer daily resilience and flexibility with our propositions, such as Cloud, Data & AI, Software, and Security. We do this by working consistently, with a listening and critical ear for the customer, market, and team.

• You feel at home within complex IT landscapes. You are familiar with the customer's context and understand like no other the role of critical IT within it. You are analytically sharp, a fast thinker, and you easily make connections between technical and organizational matters.
• You think in solutions and have substantive sharpness. You know what is needed to deliver the quality of Schuberg Philis: you primarily look at how something can be done. The result is just as important as the path to get there. You create value
• You feel at home at all levels: from engineer to C-level. You bring calm through your overview and predictive insight. You ask the questions that others do not dare to ask. You switch effortlessly between the customer's needs today and tomorrow by listening, interpreting, and co-designing.
