Working Internship Enterprise Model & Strategy

Are you looking for a working student position in which you can make a real impact within a large international organization alongside your master's? Do you have a strong interest in strategy, organizational development, and transformation? Then we are looking for you.

In this role, you will not work for our clients, but rather support the Capgemini Invent leadership team itself. The Enterprise Model & Strategy (EM&S) team applies the same approach we use with clients to our own organization: we help the Invent leadership in designing a new business structure, so that strategic goals can be managed more effectively. Thus, you will not work on a client project, but contribute to a large internal transformation. This gives you a unique insight into how a large, international consultancy organization continuously develops itself, and allows you to build broad experience in organizational change at a strategic level in a short amount of time.

In this role, you will work on:

• Supporting leadership in advising on the redesign of the organizational structure, with the aim of making it better align with Capgemini Invent's growth ambitions.
• Developing strategic analyses and management reports.
• Actively participating in management meetings and contributing to the daily management of the various teams.
• Coordinating strategic projects and monitoring actions and progress.
• Preparing and facilitating workshops, MT sessions, and strategic meetings.
• Actively thinking along with and contributing to the integration of two departments into one new entity.

First and foremost, we find it important that you fit well into our team. Your experience and motivation demonstrate entrepreneurship, a broad interest, and ambition. You are proactive, reliable, analytically strong, and know how to get things done. Additionally, you can switch gears quickly, provide good insights, and always keep the interests of others in mind.

In addition, you have:

• You are pursuing a University Bachelor's or Master's
• You are proactive and can quickly find your place in new organizations, as evidenced by your studies or extra-curricular activities.
• You possess the ability to quickly analyze complex issues and generate new, sharp insights and solutions.
• Excellent presentation and moderation skills, as well as good MS Office skills.
• Experience with AI tools such as Claude is a plus.
• You command Dutch (minimum B2 level) and English.

• An internship allowance of €500 gross per month.
• One and a half paid leave days per month.

You will be working at Capgemini Invent, specifically within the EM&S team. Your colleagues work on assignments for large (international) clients from various sectors. Think of retail, transport, government, the financial, or the industrial sector. We all have a great passion for consulting and technology, but we also find a pleasant atmosphere and fun in the workplace (and beyond) extremely important. We regularly organize activities. For example, we have been on a winter sports trip, we go (indoor) skydiving for promotions within the team, we have regular drinks, and we organize team meetings at colleagues' homes.
