Incoming MV/LV Network Coordinator

As an Incoming MV/LV Network Coordinator, you contribute to a safe and uninterrupted energy supply for more than 2 million customers. You manage a complex medium and low voltage network and continuously monitor safety, quality, and reliability. This includes performing standby and fault repair duties.

A day as a Network Coordinator:

• You start at the office or at home with a meeting together with the other MS/LS Network Coordinators.

• After this meeting, you have a number of switching and work plans (execution plans) that you must review;

• Afterwards, you head out and perform inspections and analyses at one of the projects.

• After lunch, you work out a proposal for an improvement opportunity in your region to discuss it with the Asset Management department.

• You conclude your workday with an analysis of a recent outage and monitor the progress of the recovery measures resulting from outages, maintenance, or investment projects.

All financial employment conditions at a glance, so you know exactly what to expect:

• A gross monthly salary of up to € 6,300 (based on 40 hours), 24.5 vacation days, and pension accrual with ABP, where we pay 70% of the premium.

• On top of your salary, you receive a personal budget of 24% (including 8% holiday allowance). You choose what to do with the budget: for example, extra salary or (up to max. 35.5) extra vacation days. You can see how it works in our calculation tool.

• € 700 (gross) annually to spend on your own energy, for example, for your sports membership or your new sportswear.

On top of that, there is this:

• You will receive a company car from us. This way, you are in the driver's seat of your own work! In addition to your car, you can also use a public transport card for commuting and business travel. With this card, you travel second class at Stedin's expense.

• Modern home working facilities and a home working allowance. You work 40% from home or the office and 60% outside in the field.

Furthermore, you have:

• A completed MBO-4 education in an electrotechnical field (required for OIV MS/LS designation).
