(Incoming) Director Valuation & Modelling

• You possess a completed academic education and are a Register Valuator.

• You possess at least 10 years of experience at a Corporate Finance firm or PE party.

• You possess profound experience in the field of valuation & modelling and you have a demonstrable track record in closing deals.

For our growing practice, we are looking for a (incoming) Director Corporate Finance with a proven track record in valuation issues and the development of robust financial models. You are a technical expert who knows how to fathom complex financial structures and translate them into clear insights for our clients.

You will work together with a nationally operating team of ambitious professionals and be directly involved in strategic decision-making within Corporate Finance. Your impact:

• You are a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs regarding strategic decisions such as sale, acquisition, merger, or restructuring.

• You lead valuation assignments and develop financial models that form the basis for investment decisions, transactions, and strategic choices.

• You play a key role in M&A processes, with a focus on the financial analysis and valuation component.

• You contribute to the further growth of our Valuation & Modelling practice and know how to capitalize on opportunities with existing and new clients.

• You inspire colleagues, manage based on technical quality and collaboration, and actively contribute to knowledge development within the team.

• You think along about the strategic course of Corporate Finance and translate this into concrete initiatives within your area of expertise.
