Communications Advisor & Project Manager

• A salary from €3300 to €4100, with annual growth of at least 6% and a variable bonus of €160 to €540 per month depending on your billability.

• An acquisition fee of 5% of your realized annual commercial contribution, upon realization of your individual annual target.

Are you bursting with creativity? And do you refuse to settle for the obvious? We are looking for an experienced communications professional who can realize unique activation campaigns, events, concepts, and experiences for our clients.

As Communications Advisor & Project Manager, you will work for large organizations such as ING, FrieslandCampina, and various ministries. Your task is to convey strategic messages and (core) values to their employees in a creative way. You devise and realize communication and activation campaigns that often translate into an event or experience. In doing so, you utilize various media, such as interactive PDFs, billboards, and flyers. You do this in close cooperation with our partners. Additionally, you devise out-of-the-box concepts and effortlessly whip up catchy campaign titles, leaving a lasting impression on our clients' employees.

We are looking for a project manager who can inspire at a strategic level and, at the same time, loves to roll up their sleeves. As Communications Advisor & Project Manager, you will therefore have a varied set of tasks:

• You hold ultimate responsibility for the scope, budget, and quality of multiple projects.

• You organize events and devise and realize creative experiences as part of a well-thought-out communication plan.

• You are creative and innovative: you cannot wait to surprise our clients with out-of-the-box experiences.

• Depending on your experience, you will guide and coach junior colleagues on various projects.

• You actively contribute to commercial activities: you identify new opportunities with clients and generate leads through your own network.
