SAP Payroll Consultant

• At least 3 years of experience with SAP Payroll and/or EC Payroll.

• Experience within payroll administration or HR processes is a plus.

• Affinity with analyzing and solving functional issues.

• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.

Do you have experience with SAP Payroll and/or EC Payroll and want to further develop your knowledge within challenging client environments? Do you enjoy solving complex issues, advising clients, and working on improvements in payroll processes? Then we are looking for you!

As an SAP Payroll Consultant, you are an important link between the client, payroll administration, and technology. You support clients in managing, optimizing, and further developing their SAP Payroll and EC Payroll processes.

You analyze incidents and change requests, handle tickets, and advise clients on improvements to their payroll processes. Additionally, you contribute to implementations, migrations, and optimization projects. With your knowledge and customer-oriented approach, you ensure reliable solutions and smooth payroll processing.

You build strong relationships with clients and colleagues and know how to translate functional issues into practical solutions. In this way, you make a valuable daily contribution to successful payroll processes.

You start the day with a team meeting in which priorities are discussed. Subsequently, you work on diverse tasks, such as analyzing incidents, configuring SAP Payroll functionalities, and supporting clients with their payroll issues.

In addition, you contribute to projects, perform testing, and ensure correct documentation of changes. You regularly coordinate with consultants, payroll administrators, and clients to realize the best solutions.

No two days are the same: one time you dive into a complex payroll analysis, the next time you guide a client through a new setup or process improvement.
