• You possess at least an HBO (higher professional education) level of working and thinking;

• You have at least 5 years of work experience as an HR professional / Compensation & Benefits, preferably within professional services;

• You are analytically strong, practically minded, can work well with figures and complex data for the purpose of reporting, analyses, and benchmarks, and are able to present these in a clear manner at all levels within the organization;

• You are innovative and come up with out-of-the-box proposals;

• You are a strong conversational partner and know how to engage stakeholders at all levels with enthusiasm and persuasiveness;

• You have good writing skills and are able to convey complex advice in a clear manner;

• You have experience as a project leader and are able to lead multiple projects simultaneously;

• You speak fluent Dutch and English.

For our People department, we are looking for a Senior Specialist Compensation & Benefits.

As a Compensation & Benefits specialist, you will work on all kinds of projects that ensure our employees enjoy working with us. It is an independent role, in which you are the substantive expert in the field of employment conditions. You will primarily deal with employment conditions for the Netherlands, but you will also be a point of contact for the HR Business Advisors in Belgium and Luxembourg.

• You develop and implement strategic employment conditions policy;

• You provide policy proposals with sharp analyses, benchmarks & impact studies, which help in making well-considered choices;

• You advise on employment conditions, remuneration policy, and performance management;

• You monitor staying current and aligning with market developments regarding employment conditions;

• You lead or participate in various Compensation & Benefits projects, including:

  • Pension (e.g., due to the new Pension Act)

  • Remuneration

  • Mobility

  • (Inter)national exchange

• You are up to date with new laws and regulations and translate these into future-proof employment conditions policy;

• You share your expertise and advise HR business advisors, management, and internal stakeholders on remuneration issues;

• You maintain contact with external suppliers, such as mobility providers and pension administrators.
