• HBO (higher professional education) level of work and thinking

• Availability for 32 to 40 hours per week

• Salary between € 2,700 and € 3,400 gross per month based on 40 hours

At SD Worx Jobs, we are looking for an entrepreneurial Consultant who sees and seizes opportunities. Someone who loves being out and about, actively visiting companies, and knows how to turn a first introduction into a long-term partnership. You will help build the growth of our branch and, in doing so, will receive a lot of freedom to shape your commercial approach.

In Apeldoorn, you will work together with two experienced colleagues. While one colleague focuses on sales and relationship management and the other primarily on recruitment, your greatest strength lies in developing new business.

You are continuously looking for opportunities in the market, making contact with potential clients, and translating their personnel issues into successful solutions. As soon as you have convinced a new client, you ensure a strong start to the partnership and remain involved in the further development of the relationship.

• Actively approaching new clients in the Apeldoorn region

• Expanding your own client portfolio

• Visiting companies and identifying commercial opportunities

• Advising clients on labor market and personnel issues

• Preparing quotes and conducting commercial negotiations

• Building sustainable client relationships

• Collaborating with recruitment to successfully fill vacancies

• Managing the administrative processes surrounding your clients
