Medior HR Consultant

• a HBO or WO degree in HRM, business administration, or similar

• 3-5 years of experience in HR advisory or HR project work

• strong analytical & planning skills

As a Medior HR Consultant, you strengthen our clients within the framework of project-based HR assignments. You do not work as a temporary replacement, but as a consultant who solves specific issues, improves processes, or realizes projects.

During an assignment:

• you remain fully employed by SD Worx Professionals

• you work from a clearly described project assignment

• we retain responsibility for quality and direction

• you are under the guidance of our own consultancy organization

You bring your HR expertise to one client per assignment, but build a portfolio of various experiences throughout your career.

As a Medior HR Consultant, you work on diverse HR projects, for example:

• optimization of HR processes

• improving onboarding, recruitment, talent, or performance

• supporting HR digitalization

• professionalizing HR administration

• guiding HR sub-projects in change processes

• analyzing HR data and translating it into improvement actions

• advising HR teams or line management on practical HR solutions

You work independently within your project, but always with SD Worx as your substantive and organizational support.
