As HR Manager, you are the tactical and operational anchor point of HR within SD Worx Staffing & Career Solutions Nederland. You ensure a stable, professional, and predictable HR foundation and actively contribute to the further development of people, teams, and the organization.
You are responsible for the broad HR toolkit: from recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development to leadership development, career guidance, and a respectful conclusion of employment. You ensure that processes, systems, and policy frameworks are clear and workable, so that managers are well supported in their role as people managers.
You are visible and approachable and know what is happening on the work floor. At the same time, you keep an eye on the interests and objectives of the organization. Employees feel heard, and managers, the MT, and the board can count on your clear advice, practical approach, and decisiveness.
You lead the HR team and ensure clear priorities, a good division of tasks, and the further development of HR services.
As HR Manager, you will work on various topics.
Connecting people & organization
You know what people need to function well, but also take into account the interests and continuity of the organization.
Development & good employer ship
You ensure a coherent HR approach throughout the entire employee lifecycle, from employer branding and recruitment & performance management to a careful conclusion of employment, with attention to knowledge transfer and relationship retention
HR toolkit & professionalization
You ensure that HR is professionally, future-proofly, and practically organized. You work on, among other things:
Clear processes and agreements regarding inflow, internal movement, and outflow
A clear performance and conversation cycle
An effective approach to absenteeism, vitality, and employability
Transparent compensation and appraisal agreements
A clear division of roles and good support for managers
Safeguarding of labor law legislation and regulations
Effective use of HR systems and digitalization
Structure, calm, and professionalism
You bring overview and consistency to HR processes and personnel issues. You ensure that employees and managers (and the board) know where they can go and what they can expect from HR.
You maintain an overview of ongoing HR themes, set priorities, and ensure that agreements and actions are actually followed up.
HR policy & execution
You contribute to the development of HR policy and translate organizational objectives into concrete and executable HR actions. Think of themes such as recruitment, employee retention, absenteeism, leadership, and performance.
You find it important that policy not only sounds good on paper, but is especially workable in daily practice.
Culture & collaboration
You actively contribute to a culture of responsibility, feedback, and collaboration. You sense what is happening within teams and the organization and ensure that HR aligns with this in an appropriate manner.
You support managers with personnel issues and help them further develop in their role as people managers.
People driven & data informed
You use HR data, dashboards, and KPIs to identify developments and determine priorities. Figures help you to conduct better conversations and make substantiated choices, while always keeping the human at the center.
Digitalization & process optimization
You continuously look at how HR processes can be designed to be smarter, simpler, and more user-friendly. You utilize HR systems and digital possibilities to improve administrative processes and better support employees and managers.

As an HR manager, you can count on:
A salary between € 4,800 and € 6,200 gross based on 40 hours, depending on knowledge and experience
€ 25 net internet allowance
€ 75 net expense allowance
25 vacation days, 6.5 ADV days (or 2.5% extra salary) and a day off on your birthday
8.5% holiday allowance
A quarterly bonus scheme

A pension scheme in which SD Worx pays 60% of the premium

We are looking for an HR Manager who not only advises, but also likes to roll up their sleeves and ensures that matters are actually picked up. In addition, you:
Have at least 5 years of experience in HR management or HR business partnering within a dynamic and commercial environment.
Can lead a small team of HR professionals.
Have experience with improving and further developing HR processes and the HR toolkit.
Feel comfortable in an independent and visible role with a lot of responsibility.
Are people-oriented, business-savvy, and decisive.
Can bring structure and calm without becoming bureaucratic
Know how to build credibility and trust at various levels within the organization.
Provide practical support to managers.
