• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with hard-to-fill profiles.
• HBO working and thinking level, and you learn new tools and techniques quickly.
• Finds candidates using search tricks that others have never even heard of.
• You know how to easily convince people and make them enthusiastic.
• Speaks and writes Dutch fluently (C1/C2)
• Maintains an overview, even when it is busy and many vacancies are running simultaneously.

As a Headhunter at Coolblue, you work together with hiring managers to determine who you are looking for and how you are going to find them. Together with hiring managers, you devise who you are looking for and how you are going to find that person. You then comb through LinkedIn, Slack groups, and niche communities to track down exactly the right people. During intake interviews, you ask sharp questions and have a flawless sense of whether someone fits with us. You coordinate the entire application process, maintain contact with candidates, and ensure that everyone feels seen. You also continuously look for ways to improve. Want to try a new tool? Just do it. That is how you make our recruitment a little better every day.
