• HBO level of work and thinking

• Experience with application management, software management, or application support.

• Knowledge of SQL, XML, and ITIL is a plus.

• Affinity with both functional and technical application support.

• Experience with incident analysis, problem-solving, and software testing

• Strong communication skills and customer orientation

• Good analytical insight and the perseverance to be able to solve every puzzle together with your colleagues

• Affinity with teamwork, but you are also able to perform tasks independently

• Preferably knowledge of municipal taxes, water board taxes, WOZ, and levies

You are the key link between our customers and our software solutions. Whether it concerns on-premise or SaaS environments. Through your analytical eye and solution-oriented approach, you help organizations work more efficiently and tackle complex issues. Together with your colleagues, you support high-end software solutions that allow the applications at our customers to work as well as possible. For example, by answering questions and resolving incidents and malfunctions. Our tax application focuses on WOZ administration and the levying of local taxes. We are looking for an Application Consultant Taxes & WOZ with sufficient knowledge to optimally support our application and offer our customers the best service. How do you do this? By wanting to be even better every day than you were yesterday.

• Analyzing and resolving (customer) reports for Key2Belastingen/Centric Belastingen, with a focus on levying, WOZ, and WOZ Object Registration

• Resolving questions, incidents, and malfunctions for our customers

• Participating in the testing process for new software versions of Key2Belastingen/Centric Belastingen levying and WOZ, and WOZ Object Registration

• Answering customer questions regarding both our on-premise and SaaS solutions

• Collaborating with other departments, because applications often integrate with other applications from Centric or external parties

• Tackling complex technical challenges and issues

• The ability to quickly master our applications in both functional and technical areas, supplemented by knowledge of ITIL, and techniques such as XML and SQL
